Why Ridge Road
Pasco County has more than 670,000 people and is growing faster than almost anywhere in Florida. Its main roads were built for a smaller, slower county. US-19 through Port Richey, Hudson and Holiday has been named one of the deadliest roads in the state. SR-54 and SR-52 carry the growth of Trinity, Land O' Lakes and Wesley Chapel on pavement that hasn't kept up.
The injury firms that advertise here are mostly somewhere else. We chose a suite on Ridge Road, in the middle of west Pasco's busiest corridor, so that when you are hurt you can sit across a desk from your lawyer, or your lawyer can be at your bedside at Bayonet Point in ten minutes.
How we handle a case
- We talk to you the day you call. Not an intake service, the firm.
- We get you to treatment inside Florida's 14-day PIP window and make sure the records say what they need to say.
- We take the insurance company off your phone. Every call, letter and recorded-statement request goes through us.
- We build the file like it's going to trial: crash report, scene photos, witness statements, vehicle data, medical records, wage loss, and a life-care plan when the injury is permanent.
- We tell you the truth about value, including Florida's 51% comparative-fault rule and the limits of the insurance available.
- We settle when the number is right, and file suit when it isn't.
The people
- Clementine L. Conde, Esq. — Florida attorney since 1992, responsible for all Florida matters.
- Gary Huggins — admitted in Georgia only; not admitted in Florida. Handles the firm's Georgia cases from Atlanta.

What does it cost to hire you?
Nothing up front. The consultation is free, and we work on a contingency fee: you pay no attorney's fee unless we recover compensation for you. If we recover, the fee is a percentage set out in a written agreement you sign before we start, consistent with The Florida Bar's contingency fee rules.
